How to delete your account
Contact support by email or live chat. Deletions are handled manually and cannot be done from inside the platform.
How to request deletion
Contact support through either route:
- Email support@traderscale.com
- Live chat on the Traderscale website
Include the email address on your account, your full name and a clear statement that you want the account deleted.
What happens next
Support reviews your account and confirms the deletion. You receive confirmation once it is complete.
Any active evaluation or funded account may need to be resolved first, including open positions and any pending payout. If a payout is in progress, let it complete before you request deletion. Deletions are handled manually so that your data and any open positions are dealt with correctly.
