How to log in to Match-Trader
Sign in to Match-Trader with the email address and password supplied in your account login email. US customers use Match-Trader only. Your programme trading rules still apply.
Logging in
- Open the Match-Trader platform.
- Enter the email address and password supplied in your account login email.
- Use your current Match-Trader password if it has changed.
- Check for stray spaces and mistyped characters.
US customers can only use Match-Trader. MT5 is not available on US accounts.
You can log in but cannot trade
Confirm that you selected the correct account and that activation is complete. A payout in progress or another account restriction can make the account read-only. Contact support with the account number and the exact error. The Dealing Team can check whether the login is investor or customer access. Never share your password.
Funded symbols
Funded accounts use symbols with a lowercase c suffix, such as EURUSDc and XAUUSDc. If a symbol will not trade, check the suffix and that you selected the correct funded account.
