Getting paid in crypto (USDT)

All accounts

Crypto payouts are sent as USDT on the ERC20 network. Check every character of your wallet address and confirm it accepts USDT on ERC20 before you submit. Funds sent on the wrong network may be unrecoverable.

Before you submit

  1. Check your wallet address character by character.
  2. Confirm your wallet supports USDT on ERC20.
  3. Do not choose a different network because its fee is lower. A wrong-network transfer may be unrecoverable.
  4. Make sure you have at least $250 profit on the account, the minimum that applies to every payout method. When can I request a payout?

After approval

Blockchain confirmation time is outside Traderscale's control. If the transfer has not arrived, check the transaction hash that support provides on a block explorer before raising a ticket.

How to request a payout · How long does a payout take?

For a later payout, retained profit counts towards the $250 account-profit minimum alongside newly earned profit and adjustments. Meeting that minimum does not remove the waiting period or other payout conditions.
