Which documents do I need for verification?

Accepted documents

A passport, driving licence or national identity card, where supported in your region. The document must be:

• valid and in date;
• the original physical document, not a screenshot, photocopy or scan;
• fully in frame with all four corners visible;
• clear, in focus and free of glare or obstruction; and
• in the same legal name as your Traderscale profile.

Before you start

• Use the exact legal name and date of birth shown on your ID.
• The email address and personal details must belong to you, the account owner.
• Complete the selfie or liveness check yourself. Nobody can do it for you.

Tips for first-time approval

Use even lighting without glare, a clean camera lens and a stable connection. Remove any document cover, do not crop or edit the image, allow camera access and follow every liveness instruction.

If the page freezes, close other camera apps, refresh, or switch browser or device.

If your name does not match your profile, do not create a second account or use someone else's details. Contact support so the correct information can be reviewed.
