How long does verification take?
Verification is usually instant after a clear submission. Approved verification and a signed Funded Trader Agreement are required before a funded account is enabled for trading.
The sequence
- Submit your documents to Veriff. Your status shows submitted or pending.
- Veriff confirms approval. Only approved continues the setup.
- Sign the Funded Trader Agreement at hub.traderscale.com/contracts.
- Check that the account is active and you have the correct funded credentials before trading.
Instant Funding also requires approved verification and a signed contract. Receiving login details does not bypass either requirement.
Credential delivery is separate
Initial evaluation credentials, including Pro evaluation credentials, are issued immediately after payment. Funded setup follows the evaluation compliance review. Speedy and Flex funded credentials are issued instantly; Pro funded credentials are issued within 48 hours. Instant Funding has no evaluation and its login details are issued instantly.
If verification is delayed
Read any rejection reason from Veriff, correct that specific issue and resubmit. Check spam for verification messages. Why was my verification rejected?
If the status is stuck, send support your registered email address, account number, status and a screenshot of the verification page. The inactivity clock continues during KYC and setup; support can arrange reactivation if that delay causes inactivity.
