Refunds and cancellations
You pay a one-time purchase fee. Once login details are issued, the fee is non-refundable except for the Pro refund: the first approved funded payout triggers a refund of the full original order amount.
What the fee covers
- Your chosen account size and programme.
- Trading objectives and risk parameters.
- The Trader Area and performance tracking.
- Customer support.
There are no activation fees, subscriptions or platform costs. Payment-provider charges, if applicable, are governed by the relevant provider terms.
Refund policy
Evaluation login details, including Pro evaluation details, are issued immediately after payment. Once credentials are issued, the purchase is considered delivered and is non-refundable, subject to the Pro benefit below.

The Pro refund is paid with the first payout. Reaching eligibility without an approved request does not trigger it. A rejected payout does not produce a refund.

Bought the wrong size?
Contact support before trading. Issued credentials mean the purchase has been delivered, but support can review the case.
