Where to find your certificates
Log in to your Trader Area, open the menu and select Certificates. A certificate appears after you pass an evaluation or have a payout approved.
How to find them
- Log in at hub.traderscale.com.
- Open the menu.
- Select Certificates.
You can view and download every certificate from that page.
When a certificate is issued
- After you pass an evaluation.
- After a payout is approved on a funded account.
Certificate missing?
If you have passed an evaluation or had a payout approved and nothing shows, contact support with your registered email address and account number.
