Troubleshooting
Why is my account read-only?
On MT5, an investor-password login is read-only. Accounts also become read-only from a payout request until processing is complete. A restriction does not by itself mean the account has breached.
MT5 investor password
The investor password permits viewing but not trading. Use the main trading password shown in Trader Area → Accounts Overview. MT5 password changes are handled by support and reflected there.
Match-Trader
Use your email address and password. If you can view the account but cannot trade, contact support; the Dealing Team can check whether the login has investor or customer access. Where to find your login details
Payout in progress
From the request until the payout is processed, the account is read-only. You can view it but cannot open, modify or close positions. This keeps the profit figure stable during review and payment processing.
Compliance review takes up to two business days, followed by up to three business days for payment processing after approval. Trading can resume after processing if the account is active and no other restriction applies. How long does a payout take?
Inactivity still runs
The ten-calendar-day inactivity clock starts at account creation and continues during payout read-only periods and KYC/setup. If that restriction causes inactivity, contact support for reactivation. Your pending payout remains eligible for compliance review; reactivation is not a promise of payout approval. Why is my account inactive?
Another restriction, or still read-only after processing?
Send support your registered email address, account number, payout request date where relevant, and a screenshot of the status or error. Never send passwords.
