How do I request a payout?
In your Trader Area, open Accounts Overview, select your funded account, choose Go to Metrics and select Request Payout once it appears. Confirm your payment details before you submit.
Submit your request
- Log in to your Trader Area at hub.traderscale.com.
- Open Accounts Overview and select the funded account (not the evaluation).
- Select Go to Metrics and check that every eligibility indicator is complete.
- Select Request Payout when it appears.
- Check your payment method and details, then submit.
Evaluation accounts do not receive payouts. Changing your payment details after you submit can delay processing while Finance confirms them. Set up your payment method before you request: Rise Works or crypto.
What happens next
Your account goes read-only from the moment you request until the payout is complete. The request is reviewed for compliance, then paid. How long does a payout take?
Check your room above the floor first
On Speedy and Instant Funding, the maximum drawdown floor does not move down after a payout. The payout reduces your balance, so it reduces your room above the floor.

See a $4,000 account debit before the trailing floor has locked.
Assumes highest equity of $104,000 and no open positions or other balance changes. The $4,000 debit is the amount removed from the account, not the net amount received.
The example uses Speedy's $8,000 allowance. Instant Funding's allowance is $6,000. Compare your expected balance after the payout with the floor shown in your Trader Area. Support can explain the figures but cannot suggest a withdrawal amount.
When the first waiting period starts
The first-payout countdown begins when you receive your funded account. It is separate from the inactivity clock, which starts at account creation. When can I request a payout?
