Payouts

What happens during payout review?

Your trading history is checked against your programme rules and the prohibited practices within two business days. If approved, the payment is processed within three business days. Your account is read-only throughout.

EXAMPLES

From request to payment

Your waiting period comes before these steps.

  1. 01
    Meet the requirements

Trading days, eligible profit, closed positions, verification and account status.

  2. 02
    Request a payout

Submit through your funded account in the Trader Area.

  3. 03
    Compliance review

Your trading history is checked within two business days before approval.

  4. 04
    Payment processing

Allow three business days after approval for payment processing, subject to recipient and provider requirements.

Review and payment are separate: two business days for review, then three business days for processing after approval. The stated business week runs from Monday 08:00 UTC to Friday 16:00 UTC. The account remains read-only during processing.

Stage 1: compliance review

Completed within two business days of your request. The Dealing Team, an independent third-party team, reviews your trading history against the programme rules and the prohibited trading practices.

The review assesses trade sequences, risk changes, floating drawdown, trade duration and activity across your accounts. Automated checks may already have acted, but every rule is checked at payout review too. Green metrics do not mean the review has passed. Understanding your Trader Area

Stage 2: payment processing

After approval, the payout is processed within three business days. The three-business-day clock starts at approval, not when you submitted.

The windows are business days, not staffed working hours. The business week runs from Monday 08:00 UTC to Friday 16:00 UTC. Contact support for the deadline applying to your request, including any non-business days. How long does a payout take?

The three possible outcomes

OutcomeMeaning
ApprovedPassed review and moved to payment processing
AdjustedThe payable amount was changed after review
RejectedDid not pass the eligibility or compliance review

Approval is not arrival. Finance processing, recipient setup, blockchain confirmation, bank timing or provider checks may still follow. Why was my payout rejected?

Your account is read-only meanwhile

From the moment you request until the payout completes, you can log in and view the account but not trade. That keeps the profit figure stable while it is reviewed. Why is my account read-only?

What the review looks at

  • Individual trades and complete trade sequences.
  • Risk changes across a sequence.
  • Floating drawdown at the moment each position was opened.
  • Trade duration.
  • Activity across your related accounts.

What evidence is used

Account number and programme, symbol and direction, platform ticket number and server-side position ID, entry and close times, lot-size or risk changes across a sequence, floating profit or loss when another position was opened, stop-loss placement and furthest stop distance, closed profit and loss, equity movement, daily loss exposure and activity on your other Traderscale accounts where relevant.

Why ticket and position numbers can look different

A platform ticket may be linked to a server-side position ID. Support or the Dealing Team may quote either number for the same trade. If support quotes a number you do not recognise, that is usually why. It is not a different trade.

Who decides

The Dealing Team. Support can explain the rules and submit eligible cases for review, but the decision is the Dealing Team's.

Faster processing

We work to complete payouts much sooner than these limits. The published windows remain up to two business days for compliance review, followed by up to three business days for payment processing after approval. They are separate stages, not a guaranteed 24-hour turnaround.

The inactivity clock starts at account creation and continues during payout read-only periods, KYC/setup and market holidays. If that restriction causes inactivity, contact support for reactivation. The pending payout remains eligible for compliance review. Inactivity and reactivation

Automatic enforcement and later review

On funded accounts, the system can automatically breach an account for prohibited adding in drawdown, exceeding the permitted risk allowance, martingale and hedging. The programme and cross-account exceptions still apply. These trading rules also apply during evaluations. Every applicable rule is checked at payout review, whether or not the system has already acted. An absence of alerts does not confirm compliance or payout approval.

Rejections and adjustments

Eligibility only enables a request. The outcome depends on the review, including the stop-loss, risk-to-reward and minimum-trade-duration policies for your account. When can I request a payout?
