Troubleshooting
Why was my payout rejected?
A missing Request Payout button means you cannot yet submit a request. A payout rejection happens after submission and review. Read the reason provided and check that the account remains active before requesting again.
The Request Payout button is not showing
Check each of these in order:
- You selected the funded account, not the evaluation account.
- The account is active.
- The waiting period has passed.
- The required trading-day count is complete.
- You have at least $250 profit on the account. Exactly $250 meets this minimum.
- No positions are open.
- Consistency is below 40% (Speedy) or 20% (Instant Funding).
- Verification is approved. Submitted, pending and rejected are not approved.
- The Funded Trader Agreement is signed. Opening it is not signing it.
- No breach or compliance restriction is recorded.
- Any previous rejected request is outside the seven-day wait.
- No previous payout is still pending or processing.
Everything looks complete and the button is still missing? Sign out and back in, refresh the Metrics page and screenshot every eligibility indicator. Support can then check whether the account status and the button are out of sync. Support cannot switch on the button while a genuine requirement is incomplete.
A submitted request was rejected
A submitted request can be rejected after its trading history and compliance are reviewed. Check the actual rejection notice; eligibility to submit is not a guarantee of approval. What happens during payout review?
After a rejection
A seven-day wait applies before you can request again, as long as the account is still active. Waiting seven days does not make the next request eligible by itself: the reason for the rejection must no longer apply, and every requirement must be met again.
If you want the decision reviewed
Send support your registered email address, funded account number, the payout request date, the rejection or adjustment notice, the specific trade, rule or calculation you dispute, and any relevant ticket numbers, timestamps and screenshots.
The decision may be left unchanged, clarified or reconsidered. Reconsideration needs new verified information.
Approved but not arrived
Approval and delivery are separate. Check your Rise Works profile is complete and active, or that your USDT wallet address and network are correct. Blockchain confirmation and bank timing are outside Traderscale's control.
Retained profit and timing
Retained profit counts towards the $250 account-profit minimum for later requests. It does not remove the new waiting period, trading-day requirements or other checks. The first wait starts when you receive the funded account; later intervals start from approval of the previous payout.
