How do I activate my funded account?

1. Verify your identity

Open Identity Verification in the same Trader Area profile used for the evaluation you passed. Your status must show approved; submitted or pending is not approved.

Traderscale uses Veriff. Use your exact legal name and date of birth, a valid physical government photo ID, and complete the selfie or liveness check yourself. Accepted documents depend on your region and can include a passport, driving licence or national identity card. The original document must be clear, fully visible, in date and match your profile.

Do not use screenshots, scans, photocopies, expired or edited documents. If your details do not match, contact support rather than creating another profile. Which documents do I need for verification?

2. Sign the agreement

Open Contracts in your Trader Area, select the agreement for the correct funded account and submit your signature. Check that it shows signed or completed.

If no contract appears, confirm your verification is approved and you are in the correct profile, then refresh or sign in again. If it is still missing, send support your account number, verification status and a screenshot. Do not sign an agreement with incorrect details.

3. Check credentials and trading status

Your Pro evaluation is reviewed for compliance before funded setup. Pro funded credentials are issued within 48 hours. Credential delivery and permission to trade are separate: approved verification and a signed contract are required for every funded account.

Check your Trader Area and registered email, including spam. Do not trade until the account shows active and you have the correct platform credentials.

4. Log in

MT5: use the exact funded account number, server and main trading password. The investor password is read-only. MT5 password changes are handled by support and reflected in the Trader Area.

5. Select the funded symbols

Funded instruments carry a lowercase c suffix, for example EURUSDc, GBPUSDc and XAUUSDc. The unsuffixed symbol may be visible but cannot be traded.

On MT5, use Market Watch → Show All or search for the suffixed symbol and confirm the funded server. On Match-Trader, search within the correct funded account.

Inactivity during setup

The inactivity clock starts when the account is created and continues during verification and setup. If setup or a payout read-only period causes inactivity, contact support for reactivation. A pending payout remains subject to compliance review. Why is my account inactive?
