Troubleshooting

Why is my account inactive?

The Pro inactivity clock starts when the account is created. Open a new trade within each ten-calendar-day period. The clock continues during KYC, setup and payout read-only periods.

Ten calendar days

The inactivity clock starts when the account is created. Open at least one new trade within each ten-calendar-day period. Existing open positions do not replace the requirement for a new entry. Weekends and market holidays count.

During verification, setup and payouts

The clock continues during KYC/setup and while an account is read-only for a payout. If the account becomes inactive under these conditions, contact support for reactivation. A pending payout remains eligible for compliance review; it is not cancelled solely because of this inactivity.

Reactivation

For an inactivity case, provide your account number, the account status, your last trade details and the reason for inactivity. Include any supporting proof or explain that the account has had no trading activity.

Reactivation does not undo a separate trading-rule breach or approve a payout. What happens during payout review?

A separate breach

An account may also be inactive because a trading rule was breached. A confirmed trading breach forfeits accumulated profit and prevents further payouts. Why was my account breached?

What to send support

Your registered email address, account number and programme, creation date, relevant trade tickets and timestamps, a screenshot, and an explanation of any KYC/setup or payout restriction. Never send passwords.
