How to reset your password
Use Forgot password at hub.traderscale.com to reset your Trader Area password. MT5 password changes are handled by support and appear in the Trader Area; changing the password inside MT5 is disabled.
Trader Area password
- Open hub.traderscale.com.
- Select Forgot password.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Follow the reset link. Check spam if it has not arrived within a few minutes.
MT5 password
Your MT5 details are shown in Trader Area → Accounts Overview. Traders cannot change their password inside the MT5 app; that function is disabled.
Contact support to request an MT5 password change. The new password is reflected in your Trader Area. Before requesting a change, check the account number, server and whether you are using the main trading password rather than the read-only investor password. MT5 login troubleshooting
Match-Trader password
Match-Trader uses your email address and password. If you cannot sign in with your current password, contact support with your registered email address, account number and the error shown. Never send your password. How to log in to Match-Trader
If your login details may be compromised
